Return/Refund Policy

Here at Saint Raphael Apparel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, we accept FREE returns within 30 days from the date the items were received. We also offer Refunds upon approval.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return items must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags. 

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny Returns that have been worn/washed or any sign of use. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

Once your Return is received by Saint Raphael Apparel the returned product will be inspected for refund eligibility. We will send you an email to notify you if your return has been approved or denied.

If your Return is approved, your refund will be processed. Credit will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout, within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges:

We greatly value your interest in our products and appreciate your understanding of our policies. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate exchanges at this time. You'll find measurements available on our product pages, along with a handy sizing chart to assist you. Should you ever need to exchange an item, just keep in mind that a return will be the next step. However, we're here to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you might have. Feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to provide a satisfactory solution. Thank you for your understanding.

 

How to use self-serve returns

Submit a return request 

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

6. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
