Where do we deliver?
Currently, we only provide shipping to all 50 states within the United States, including Washington D.C.
How much do we charge for shipping?
We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping. We also offer free shipping on orders over $99.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer a 6-10 business day window, but orders can arrive sooner.
What shipping methods do we use?
We ship through USPS
What happens if you receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but don't delay! Contact us as soon as possible. If you wait too long we will not be able to intercept your order. You will then have to wait until you receive your order and then make a return.
Do we accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See returns policy.
Do we charge for returns?
We offer Free Returns.
Do we offer exchanges?
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We provide measurements in the product pages as well as a size chart guide. If you require an exchange you will then need to make a return. See our return policy. If you then followed the measurement chart on the product page, and the size chart provided and the item you purchased does not fit you like you expected. Please contact us and we will work out a solution for you. We want you to be satisfied with our products.
Do we offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds are offered upon approval. See our refund policy.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to the original payment method.
